• When you arrive at your hotel, be aware of the rules established by the place so that you have a great stay.
• When disembarking at the airport, pay attention to the identification right outside the gate, after picking up your luggage. Our supplier will be waiting for you with a sign with your name, company logo and/or operator. When locating, just address the person in charge and identify yourself.
• You will receive a "travel diary". This material will contain the information of contracted services with their respective schedules.
• Pousadas planned for accommodation: Barreirinhas - Encantes do Nordeste, Parnaíba - Casa de Santo Antônio, Jericoacoara - Pousada Toque. (If there is no availability at these inns, you will be accommodated in another inn of the same category)
• Staying hydrated and eating a light diet will help you feel better during your daily activities. Of course, be sure to try the regional cuisine! It is worth enjoying the varied and succulent dishes served in the typical restaurants.
• The packages are always budgeted for apartments in the standard category, with the exception of Gran Lençóis Flat and Casa de Santo Antônio. In the triple apartment, a superior category is used due to the configuration of the apartment, and in the Grand Lençóis the third guest is accommodated on a sofa bed. The standard apartments will be for single and double only.
• In Fortaleza we leave the passenger at the hotel or airport.
• As a general rule, hotels and inns use an international criterion of entry time (check-in) at 14:00h and check-out time (check-out) at 12:00h.
• In the event that accommodation is not available at the selected hotels, the passenger will be accommodated in another hotel/hostel of the same category.
• Lençóis Maranhenses: the lagoons fill with the influence of the rains that occur from December to May and reach their maximum level in June and July. The rains stop and from the second half of September they begin to show lower levels of water until they dry up.
• Travelers are often in doubt about the best time to travel to Lençóis Maranhenses, especially so they can find the lagoons full! Our recommendation is, you can travel to meet them all year round. Each season has its characteristics and scenery, which will always be wonderful in the face of the exuberant beauty of the place.
• The destination's climate is hot, ranging from 28°C to 34°C, sometimes with a slightly higher thermal sensation. Use and abuse sunscreen and wear light clothes. During outings, the UV protection shirt is a perfect companion, as well as bathing suits should also be included in your luggage. Oh! And if you like accessories like a cap, hat and sunglasses, they are highly recommended.
• For this itinerary, arrival must be made at São Luis do Maranhão airport, with 1 extra night in the city of São Luis at your choice of hotel. Departure must be made through Fortaleza airport. We recommend an extra night in Fortaleza at the end of the circuit, as the estimated arrival time in Fortaleza from Jericoacoara is at 18:00h
• Important that you are aware of the scheduled times. We follow a logistical order for boarding at your hotel and with other passengers who will be traveling on the same day.
• It is very normal to take accessories on the trip or we buy souvenirs, local products, making some extra volumes during our tours. Always when disembarking from the transport, look around and make sure that all your items are with you. They are in your care.
• The Barreirinhas / Parnaíba transfer will use 4x4 vehicles (Hillux or similar), not using common vehicles such as vans or minibuses.
• It is allowed 01 luggage up to 23kgs with a maximum dimension of 158 cm per person. Excess volume boarding is not guaranteed and if there are extra costs, they will be the responsibility of the passenger.
• Coming home always with a packed bag, especially with new stories and experiences, is always good. One of the best ways to record them is in your memory, of course, but also with beautiful pictures of the best moments! So, keep your phone always charged to capture it! And if you have a camera, leave a place in your luggage so that it can accompany you on this incredible trip.
• It is the traveler's sole responsibility to have all the necessary documentation up to date, so research in advance everything that is required at the destination of your activity.
