- Tours run whether it's raining or sunny; we strive to conduct all planned tours. Luggage and big bags are NOT permitted; please organize storage during the tour. All guests (aged 6 and above) need a standard ticket; young children (aged 0-5) can enter for free. Back Bay is completely accessible for wheelchairs, scooters, and strollers. Your guide will arrive 15 minutes early to our starting point at Boston Common. Please assemble at the intersection of Beacon and Charles Streets in Boston Common. Please meet your guide at 1 Charles Street (02108), on the east side of the street, which is located within Boston Common and across from Starbucks Coffee. Please call or text your guide at 844-HUB-TOWN if you are having trouble finding the tour group!
