• Strict protocols will be used for cleaning and disinfecting each area of the club before opening and after closing. In addition, during operating hours, the cleaning frequency of the different spaces will be increased, especially the high contact surfaces.
• Sanitizing gel dispensers will be installed at the entrance, main bar area, restrooms, villa area, pool and beach. Likewise, there will be dedicated bins for personal protective waste (face masks, latex gloves, etc.)
• The number of people in the pools will be limited to 30 in the main pool, 15 in the villa pool area, 2 in the jacuzzi in the villas and 4 in the main jacuzzi. The pool in the family area will be limited to 15 people. Capacity will be increased as per the instructions of the authorities. The good news is that the fun won't be limited!
• To access the pools, you will need a shower with body shampoo before entering and leaving. Shampoo dispensers will be in the shower areas.
• Customers returning from the beach to the club must use the foot wash, which will have a disinfectant solution, and take a shower with shampoo.
• The house is open from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm - Arrive early to enter the house.
• IMPORTANT: To gain access to the club, it is essential to present negative proof of covid-19 less than 48 hours before the date of the visit or present the Covid-19 vaccination card.
• The minimum age to perform this activity is 18 years, so it is necessary to present an official document with a photo to prove the required age.
• It is the traveler's sole responsibility to have all the necessary documentation up to date, so research in advance everything that is required at the destination of your activity.
