• Bring comfortable shoes, fresh clothing, bathing suit, extra shirt.
• Women less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form. For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. If you have any health or physical problem, please contact our call center before making your reservation so we can provide you full information about our services. Children under 8 will only perform Kiss, Hand Target and Handshake activities. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Children over 10 can swim alone for adult price.
• The minimum age to perform this activity is 6 years, so it is necessary to present an official document with a photo to prove the required age.
• It is the traveler's sole responsibility to have all the necessary documentation up to date, so research in advance everything that is required at the destination of your activity.
