Description
Here you transport your imagination to a charming Alpine Village at the foot of a Snowy Mountain. The park offers several attractions and activities on and off snow. It also has a large food court and several shops that further complement your visit. Whether winter or summer, rain or shine, Snowland is guaranteed fun.

Important informations
- Children from 0 to 2 years old, for safety reasons, cannot have access to the snow area.
- The purchase of the ticket must be made for the day of use.
- Snow mountain and skating always close 30 minutes before the park closes.
- The use of socks is mandatory.
- Children up to 03 years and 11 months do not pay, it is mandatory to present the ID or document that proves the age on the day of the visit
- Child passport valid for children from 04 to 11 years and 11 months, mandatory presentation of ID or document proving age on the day of visit
- Best age from 60 years old according to article 23 of law 10.741/2003 upon presentation of the official document with photo

- Important: Be well dressed with clothes to wear under the clothing provided by the park, such as: pants, blouse and hat. In the Snow Kit included in the ticket you have: 1 complete Snow outfit with 1 pants, 1 jacket, 1 helmet, 1 pair of boots, gloves.
- Entrance times to the park: 12:00 / 12:30 / 13:00 / 13:00 hours. The issuance of your ticket will be according to the availability of park hours for the day of use. If you want a specific time, please request in advance (subject to change).
- This experience has an e-ticket issued by the park itself. To issue this ticket, please send the following information to: contato@etstur.com.br; FILE number (file is a numerical code to confirm your purchase); CPF of each passenger; main passenger's email. You will receive the e-ticket through your travel agent or directly from the ETS Team.
- Discounted student tickets or possible special rates must be purchased directly at the park ticket office. There is no guarantee of their availability if the park reaches its maximum capacity.
- The Park will close on December 24th and 31st at 4 pm, and will open on December 25th and January 1st at noon.
- It is the traveler's sole responsibility to have all the necessary documentation up to date, so research in advance everything that is required at the destination of your activity.
