• Entrance times to the park: 12:00 / 12:30 / 13:00 / 13:00 hours. The issuance of your ticket will be according to the availability of park hours for the day of use. If you want a specific time, please request in advance (subject to change).
• This experience has an e-ticket issued by the park itself. To issue this ticket, please send the following information to: contato@etstur.com.br; FILE number (file is a numerical code to confirm your purchase); CPF of each passenger; main passenger's email. You will receive the e-ticket through your travel agent or directly from the ETS Team.
• Discounted student tickets or possible special rates must be purchased directly at the park ticket office. There is no guarantee of their availability if the park reaches its maximum capacity.
• The Park will close on December 24th and 31st at 4 pm, and will open on December 25th and January 1st at noon.
• It is the traveler's sole responsibility to have all the necessary documentation up to date, so research in advance everything that is required at the destination of your activity.
