- * Luggage is not allowed aboard * Strollers are allowed, but will be folded and stored in the salon for the duration of the cruise. Kids must be removed from strollers prior to boarding * Bags are checked prior to boarding * Beverages, such as water, soda, wine, and beer, are available for purchase onboard * No food is sold onboard, so you are welcome to bring snacks with you to enjoy during the cruise * Cruises depart rain or shine! Kids under 5 can join for free, no ticket required. * Present your smartphone ticket at the dock * Departure is at the Southeast corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge. Look out for the black awning at the top of the stairway! * Please arrive between 15 to 30 minutes before the departure time * Make sure to check in at least 15 minutes prior to departure * Boats may leave 5 to 8 minutes early due to high traffic in the Chicago Harbor Locks * Please research directions to the dock in advanced as Google Maps and GPS tend to lose signal
