Food is the perfect way to come closer to the culture of the city, since we will taste three typical dishes of each civilization.

Subsequently, the caliphal eggplants with honey will make us go back in time to the Muslim Spain, since they introduced this vegetable to the peninsula. Eventually, the delicious bull’s tail will devote the Christian conquest, a tasty dish accompanied with local wine.
