- It is required to provide the full names of all tour participants when making a reservation. Although you can choose a preferred time, please note that it is not guaranteed. * Please note that the max size of bags and backpacks allowed on the museum grounds is 30x20x10 cm (approx 12x8x4 inches). You can always leave your belongings inside the vehicle, or in the luggage store in Auschwitz * During the course of the tour, you will get a 30min to 90min breaks to have snacks. It is advised that you carry your own food and water as the duration of the brakes may be different due to the traffic conditions, queues, and unexpected situations * You must be prepared to walk through the memorial complex and the 3km stretch of the salt mines along with the 700 steps down to the level of the mines. It is advised that you consider this tour if you have a moderate fitness level * A uniquely personalized English copy of the e-book is valid for each participant of the tour Youth tickets discount is only with valid student ID card, on the day of the tour. Please ensure to take student ID card with you, otherwise you will need to pay an extra fee for an adult ticket. Once you are picked up from your hotel, your tour guide will greet you and give you the necessary museum entry ticket. You will be notified about the precise pickup time the day before the tour after 17:00. Please be aware that the pickup time may change, with potential start times between 05:30 - 09:00.
