- * Ray, King Crocs & Shark Trainer Encounters are not allowed for pregnant participants for safety reasons * Children aged under 15 must be accompanied by an adult (Aged 15+) Maximum capacity: * Penguin Encounter: 10 guests * Ray Encounter & Shark Trainer Encounter: 6 guests each * King Crocs Encounter: 4 guests * Otter Encounter: 20 guests * Only Penguin & Otter Encounters: wheelchair and stroller accessible * Ray, King Crocs & Shark Trainer Encounters: require stairs usage, pregnant women not allowed * Enter the Dubai Aquarium via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level (LG) * Show your smartphone tickets at the ticket desk * Please arrive 15 mins prior to your timeslot, except "King Croc Encounter', should arrive 30 mins prior to your timeslot
