- * Bags and suitcases aren't allowed upstairs. You can check your bag free of charge on the ground floor * All visitors are required to go through a security check and to show a valid ID Getting There = * Metro: The red line takes you right to the Burj Khalifa * The Dubai Mall Fashion avenue is undergoing an experience upgrade. For now, the lower ground (LG) level food court will remain closed and there is no seated space available * We recommend that groups arrive no more than ten minutes prior to the scheduled time to avoid extended queuing and inconvenience to guests * Infants (0-2) are free of charge * The price of the ticket changes according to the timeslot * The best time for sunset views is between 17:00-19:00, we recommend arriving slightly earlier * Enter the Burj Khalifa via the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level * Swap your smartphone ticket for physical ticket at the ticket desk * If you bought tickets for several persons, this ticket is valid for all of them * Enjoy a soft drink or a tasty pastry in the ground-level cafe
