- How to get there: * Metro: The red line goes directly to the Burj Khalifa * The best time to see the sunset is 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM * All visitors must undergo a security check and present a valid ID * Infants (0-2) are free of charge * Enter the Burj Khalifa through the Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Level * Show your Burj Khalifa tickets at the ticket counter * Bags and suitcases are not permitted upstairs * You can check your bag at no cost on the ground floor
