The exhibit involves over fifty Indigenous elders, historians, educators, and community members.

Every tale, melody, piece of artwork, and written word is covered with authentic Indigenous perspectives. Everything is diligently amassed through heartfelt dialogues with local Indigenous communities, historically significant documents, and rigorous research. Important informations

  • Only the Indigenous Peoples Experience will be open. Please note that the rest of the buildings and activities at Fort Edmonton Park are not included in this activity. * Children under 3 are free and do not need a ticket * Tickets must be purchased online beforehand. Tickets are not available onsite at the front gate * Show your mobile voucher to the staff at the admission window to receive your ticket * Parking is available at Lot K next to the Indigenous Peoples Experience; please drive through the service road * Wear sturdy shoes as there is a short 2-minute walk on the winter trails. Don't forget to bring a coat * The exhibition is indoors, but you can walk around the outdoor trails to see the arbors, sculptures, and snow-covered gardens * Public restrooms and water refill stations are available on the site
