- Customers must book the Walking Tour following the **second** voucher instructions. The walking tour starts every day at 9:30. Visitors with disabilities (+1 caretaker) enter for free with a valid disability certificate. * Show your smartphone voucher and ID at Entrance Gate 3 to receive your paper ticket for the Uffizi Gallery * Make your way to Gate 1 at the Uffizi with your paper ticket to get straight in (look for the 'People with Reservation' sign)
