- * You must visit Pitti Palace before the other venues to get all the tickets * Bring your ID card * On the 29/6, the entrance Varco Annalena for the Giardini di Boboli will be closed from 9 until 14 * Dogs are not admitted in Boboli Gardens * Make sure to arrive on time for your booked timeslot * It is not possible to re-enter the venues * Reduced tickets on-site: EU citizens 18-24 and EU teachers from public institutes * Swap your voucher for a paper ticket at Palazzo Pitti * Keep the paper tickets received at the Pitti ticket office and show it to any venue.
