Important informations

  • * The pass is valid for 3 consecutive days, starting from its first use * Please note that certain venues might close for renovations. Please refer to the venue websites before visiting * Hamburger Kunsthalle must be visited first (pick up your pass here) * Only Bucerius Kunst Forum is open on Mon * Some of the venues are open late on Thu * Under-18s are free with a free ticket * Please note that you must go to Hamburger Kunsthalle first. Show your smartphone voucher to the museum cashier to receive your Kunstmeile Pass and a separate ticket for Hamburger Kunsthalle * For reduced tickets, please bring valid proof of eligibility * At the other venues, go to the cashier and show your Kunstmeile Pass there to receive a paper ticket * Please bear in mind that all museums except Bucerius Kunst Forum are closed on Mondays, while some of the venues are open late on Thursdays * Please check the opening hours for holidays before you head to the museum as they might differ from the regular ones
