- * If you don't see a humpback whale during the cruise, you can reschedule for free (subject to cruise availability) * Bring a camera, flat shoes, sunscreen, a hat, jacket, sunglasses & a water bottle * Snacks, souvenirs and merchandise available for purchase * Multi-level viewing on the vessel * Children under 4 get in free, please select a free ticket when booking * Concession tickets: proof of eligibility for holders of a Blue Government Card (Australian residents) or Senior Card * The tour operator will contact you after your booking to arrange the hotel pick-up service * Show your smartphone ticket upon pick-up * Pick-up/drop-off service is possible only from Hervey Bay * In case you can't reschedule, you'll be given a voucher that you can transfer, or even sell if you wish * Dietary restrictions are taken into account with prior notice (please contact our customer service at least 48 hours in advance)
