Important informations
- The start time for hotel pick-ups is 06:45; the pick-up time period is about 45-60 minutes and exact pick-up times vary depending on the location. Guests will receive their exact pick-up time and location after booking. * Kids under 3 join for free if they sit on their parent's lap * Show your smartphone ticket to the driver at the meeting point behind the Hyatt Regency hotel on Koa Avenue under the green awning * Make sure to be on time! * Don't leave any valuables on the coach * Small cameras allowed (in your pocket) * Pearl Harbor No Bag Policy - all purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, camera bags, diaper bags, luggage and/or any type of bag that can conceal an object are not permitted inside Pearl Harbor, the Visitor's Center, in the bus to Ford Island or to any of attractions. Strollers are not permitted in the theater or shuttle boats. Bags will be required to be stored for a fee at the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center and cannot be left in the vehicle. Due to a critical structural and safety issue impacting the USS Arizona Memorial dock and visitor loading ramp, the Memorial will remain closed to visitation until The National Park Service opens the memorial to normal operations. During the course of repairs, the Arizona Memorial programs will proceed on schedule. Visitors will continue to see the documentary film followed by a harbor tour of Battleship Row in close proximity to the USS Arizona Memorial.
