Important informations
- * Service animals are welcome in most areas of the Downtown Aquarium at no additional charge (except for the tiger exhibit) * The parking lot behind the aquarium is cash only Children under 3 years enter for free, no ticket needed. Show your smartphone ticket and valid ID to receive a wristband at the ticket booth or Will Call window. * To enter a ride queue line, guests must have a ticket for that particular ride or be wearing an all-day ride wristband (or accompanying a child) * Specific restrictions are available at each individual ride. Height check is available at each ride. Guests with disabilities will need to speak with a ride attendant before riding * Mobile ticket and photo ID required to receive your wristband at the ticket booth or Will Call window
