- * Free delivery to hotels in Beyoglu, Besiktas, Eyüp, Fatih, Galata, Sultanahmet, Sisli, Taksim (in Istanbul) * No delivery outside these areas, or to airports/other types of accommodation * Kids under 3 travel for free, no ticket required * Please indicate the name and address of your hotel in the dedicated field ("pickup location") * The smartphone voucher you will receive by email is not your card: your physical card will be delivered on the day of your arrival to your hotel, at the reception desk, before 12:00 * Scan your card directly at the station/chosen means of transport * After using your pre-loaded rides, you can reload the card at any vending machine * The credit on your card can be used within 180 days The card will be delivered directly to your hotel, at the reception desk.
