Finding a parking spot may take longer than expected. Please plan your arrival accordinglyThe boat leaves promptly at the scheduled departure time. Guests should plan to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time to check-in at our ticket booth located at 202 Williams Street for boarding passes. Please bring a photo ID that matches the name on the reservationAll passengers, regardless of age, must have a ticket for capacity purposes. Please be sure to take this into account when purchasing tickets for your party. Infants under 2 years of age ride for free on all of the trips, but you’ll still need to enter the appropriate number of infant tickets labeled “free” when purchasing.
