Important informations

  • * One gondola ride takes ca. 14 minutes * Wildlife sightings are likely but not guaranteed * No pets permitted on the gondola (except for Disability Assistance Pets) * Free parking available onsite * Kids -5 free, please select a free ticket for them * Kids under 106cm (42") must be accompanied by an adult (enclosed gondola only) * Kids -12 must be accompanied by an adult (chair or gondola) * **Please note**: You must swap your smartphone voucher for a paper ticket at Guest Services located outside on the main level of the Whiskey Jack Lodge of the Lake Louise Ski Resort * Valid ID required for proof of age * Then go directly to the base of the Gondola and get into the next available enclosed gondola or open chair * You can stay at the top of the mountain as long as you wish * You don't need to show your ticket for the return trip * If you have a special needs for Disability Assistance Pets, please let the ticket staff know
