- * Strict airport security checks will be in place at both venues * Houses of Parliament is not available on Mondays * The tour is in English, but there are audio guides for Houses of Parliament * Children under 3 can join for free, please select a free ticket for them * The ticket price selected determines if you have an internal or external tour, please check before proceeding * Exchange your smartphone voucher for a paper entrance ticket outside the Abbey Shop (Official Souvenirs Shop of Westminster Abbey) located at 20 Deans’s Yard, London, SW1P3JS * Your tickets will be exchanged outside the Abbey Shop by an Amigo Tours representative. Please do not enter inside the Abbey Shop, they can not provide you the tickets. * Show your papel ticket to the staff outside the Abbey Shop
