You'll see a set of stairs and a ramp leading out of the station. Take the stairs. You'll walk past the Big Bus Company people and in front of you is the Ritz Hotel and the meeting point. What to remember: Know in advance:The tour is 5 hours in duration (3 hours Westminster Walking Tour & 2 hours at Tower Bridge.
