- * Minimum age: 18 years old * You'll receive a safety briefing prior to departure * It is advised not to participate if you have a history of or have any current neck/back conditions * Without exception pregnant women are not permitted * Show your smartphone ticket to the guide at the Boarding Gate One of The London Eye Millennium Pier * Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected timeslot for check-in, kitting up, and the safety briefing. Latecomers will forfeit their seats on the boat * We recommend wearing comfortable clothes in line with the weather conditions * Handbags, backpacks and rucksacks are permitted on board. Suitcases or larger items can be left at the Left Luggage facility at Waterloo Station
