- * Please note that the meeting point is not located at the Buckingham Palace * The meeting point of the tour is by the Duke of York Column, Waterloo Place, 9 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5AJ. This is the tall column with a statue on top * Arriving by tube: Take the tube to Piccadilly Circus and take exit No. 3 onto Regent Street/St James. Walk south down Regent Street towards St James Park (do not walk north towards Oxford Street). Waterloo Place is at the end of Regent Street. You will see the tall column with a statue on top. You can also arrive via Charing Cross Station. Walk down the Mall towards Buckingham Palace, you will see the statue on your right at the top of some steps. * Changes to the date or time of your tour requested less than 24 hours in advance cannot be processed * To cancel a tour you must call us at (+44) 800 098 8019, chat or email CW Wonders at bookings.changes@citywonders.com no less than 24 hours in advance of your confirmed tour departure time * Only cancellations requested more than 24 hours before tour departure time will be eligible for a refund
