All tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and valid only during regularly scheduled operating hours. They are not valid for separately priced tickets such as special launch viewing and events. It excludes activities/events priced separately such as other KSC Special Interest Tours. Tours, films, exhibits and attractions may be altered or closed due to operational requirements. This ticket is not valid for separately priced tickets such as special launch viewing and events when admission is included. KSCVC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Children under 3 get in for free, no ticket required. * Upon arrival to Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, go directly to the turnstiles at the main entrance * Scan the barcode on your smartphone ticket at the turnstile and once verified, you will be admitted * This ticket is valid for one entry only * Upon entry, visit Guest Services to exchange this ticket for an annual pass * Guest Services is located inside the park to the right of the turnstiles. Your photo will be taken at the time the annual pass is issued * Annual passes are not valid for separately priced tickets such as special launch viewing and events.
