- * Children aged 6-11 must be accompanied by an adult * Waiting times are possible on very busy days * Dogs aren't allowed * Minimum age: 6 years * Family tickets available directly with the venue * The venue isn't wheelchair accessible * Show your smartphone voucher at the cash desk * Please arrive 5 minutes before the selected timeslot * All tours are offered in English and German. Please inform the staff when you arrive if you would like your tour in English
