Important informations
- Boarding starts 45 mins before departure. Last shuttle pick-up is 10 minutes prior to departure, and you must be on board 5 minutes before. Please leave time in case you get stopped by the drawbridge. Cruises depart rain or shine. Riverboat is not currently wheelchair accessible. Check in at the ticket office to receive your entry wristband.
- It is the traveler's sole responsibility to have all the necessary documentation up to date, so research in advance everything that is required at the destination of your activity.
