The tour guide wearing a yellow uniform will meet you on the plaza outside Starbucks. Do not enter Battery Park. Do not go to the Statue of Liberty ticket booth as they will not have your tickets. 9/11 Museum if located at180 Greenwich St., New York 10007, a 15-minute walk from Battery Park. Go directly to the “Ticket Holder” line at the 9/11 Museum where you will need to show the timed entry ticket that was emailed to you by the local tour operator. The Cruise departs from Pier 36, 299 South St, New York, NY 10002, USA. The cruise departure point is 30-40 minutes walking from 9/11 Museum. Please give yourself plenty of time as check-in for the cruise closes 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Once you arrive at Pier 36, do not try to enter the Pier 36 building. The boat is docked behind the building and can be accessed from walking round either side of the building. Proceed to slip 4, the dock for the “Majestic Princess”, where you will find the check-in line What to remember:  If you wish to spread out your activities over 2-7 days, you will be able to change the time/date of any of the activities on the default itinerary for free if you contact the local operator at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of this package. Minors (17 or under) must be accompanied by an adult (25+) Due to local regulations, the Statue of Liberty Museum, Ellis Island, and the Ellis Island Immigration Museum may not be open on the date of your visit January 2025 – Due to construction, priority boarding is temporarily suspended The Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and 9/11 Museum are wheelchair accessible, but the Sightseeing Cruise is not able to accommodate electric wheelchairs.  When:  Please refer to the calendar for updated starting times and availability
