Important informations
- * Under-17s must be accompanied by an adult * Your timeslot may shift up to 30 minutes, depending on availability Kids under 6 get in free, but need to pick up a One World Observatory ticket. Stop by the guest service desk on the lower level near security to pick one up before you enter. * Show your smartphone ticket at the entrance * Make sure to be there 15 minutes before your scheduled time * Late arrivals will be accommodated based on capacity – you may have to wait until the first open timeslot
