Important informations
- You'll be provided with timed entry tickets to minimize wait times of the 9/11 Museum. The entry time will be based on availability. Under-17s must be accompanied by an adult. Show your smartphone ticket at the meeting point, in front of St. Paul's Chapel between Fulton and Vesey Streets, and give the guide your name to check in. * The tour happens in rain or snow. The tour has large portion that is outdoors, so please dress appropriately and be prepared for the weather * In case you are lost or running late, please call 646-801-8692. 9/11 Memorial and Museum: * No flash photography, no talking on mobile phones * Eating only in the Atrium level * A security check is in place. All large bags must be checked at the coat check * You can't exit and reenter the museum
