- * Passengers over the weight limit are required to buy an additional seat or will forfeit their flight * The tour time ranges between 12 to 15 minutes * $50 heliport fee per person not included * The maximum weight is 250 pounds per person * Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot, all tours are shared with other passengers * It is strongly advised to arrive before check-in time to avoid being charged a late fee * Failing to check in and board the flight will be considered a no-show, forfeiting the flight * Please arrive 1 hour before the scheduled departure time with identification and a $50 per person heliport fee for all passengers * Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time will be charged $50 per person as a late fee * Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less before the scheduled flight time will be charged $100 per person as a late fee * Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the meeting point * Management reserves the right to upgrade passengers on any tour flights and/or refuse boarding to a passenger * The supplier has the right to cancel, change, or delay any flight at any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, temporary flight restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance, and all other circumstances outside of the supplier’s control
