- * Food and drinks are available for purchase on board * Your cruise vessel is 100% electric * The 18:30 timeslot is only available between June and September * The 12:00p.m. departure will depart from 1 Elgin st ( NAC side) but drop off will be at 11 Colonel By Dr. (Westin Hotel) Children under 3 join for free, please select a free ticket for them. * Show your smartphone ticket to the Cruise Representative at the departure point * Departures are from behind the National Art Centre, below the Plaza Bridge (Rideau Street Bridge) and beside the 1 Elgin St Cafe * If you cannot find the departure point, the main ticket kiosk is located on 2 Rideau Street, across from the Fairmont Château Laurier * The Canal Cruise office is located behind the National Arts Centre at 1 Elgin Street, right beside the 1 Elgin St Café
