Our destination is Cachoeira do Sossego and Ribeirão de Cima in Lençóis. The 7 km route reveals a surprising view, in addition to some natural obstacles that occur along the riverbed that is crossed. Important informations
- It is necessary to know how to swim

- Tip: Bring at least 2 bottles of 1.5" water, sneakers/hiking boots, light and sports clothing, medicine and personal items, towels, sunscreen, hat or cap, sunglasses, flip-flops or sandals, raincoat, plastic bag, flashlight, backpack, coat and pants.
- Eat well before and during the tour, but don't overdo it, and stay hydrated. order a delicious trail snack.
