- The venue is closed between 13:00 and 14:00. Kids under 6, disabled visitors and their carer get in free. * Show your smartphone ticket at the ticket office located in the palace bookshop and collect your audio guide * Due to capacity management, access to the Piccolomini Palace is possible every 30 minutes. You'll be assigned the next available timeslot upon arrival
