- * The 4-D Theater does not open if the temperature is below 30 degrees Fahrenheit. If theater is closed, you will be offered your choice of 2 of the following: a soda, face painting or sting ray food * Service animals are welcome in most areas of the Downtown Aquarium at no additional charge (except for the tiger exhibit) * The 4-D Theater runs every 30 minutes * The 4-D Theater does not open if the temperature is below 30 degrees Fahrenheit * If theater is closed, you will be offered your choice of 2 of the following: a soda, face painting or sting ray food * Please note that the aquarium can be crowded during peak times: weekends and holidays Ticket Inclusions: * Exhibit Only: Includes Aquarium entrance * Exhibit Value Ticket: Includes the Aquarium, 4-D Theater and your choice of 2 add-ons: small soft drink, face painting or sting ray food * Exhibit Plus: Includes Aquarium and 4-D Theater Children under 3 get in for free, no ticket required.
