    • If you have selected the option with hotel pick up, you will be collected approximately 45 minutes prior to the start time.
      If you choose the option with hotel pick-up, please confirm the pick-up time and location with the supplier at least 48 hours in advance.
      Please ensure you arrive at the pick-up location at least 15 minutes in advance.
