Important informations
- What to bring: * Sturdy shoes, good sneakers, or hiking boots * Comfortable pants * Gloves and a thin hat * For cameras, bring a small waist bag, as backpacks cannot be taken on horseback * The minimum age for this tour is 7 years * The weight limit for participants is 120 kg * Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the meeting point * Used boots, riding wear, saddlebags, etc., must be disinfected before arrival in Iceland. This is because infectious diseases can easily be brought into the country, which poses a great danger for the horses. Riding wear is normally washed, and shoes, helmets, and security vests are cleaned with iodine or some other fluid disinfectant. Used riding gloves and all used leather articles (e.g., chaps) are prohibited
