- * All children under 12 must wear a life jacket * In the very unlikely case that you do not see any puffins, you can join another tour for free * Please bring a valid ID Children under 7 can join for free, but need a free ticket. * Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at the Special Tours office * Please check in at least 20 minutes prior to departure * All tours are weather dependent and may be subject to cancellations. Captains will make their decisions based on many years of experience and always keeping in mind your safety and comfort. In case of cancellations due to unfavorable weather conditions, if you are not able to reschedule, you will receive a full refund * Limited free parking available at the harbor, arriving by public transport is recommended
