In case of not self-sufficient, the free ticket is also extended to a companion. A free priority ticket can be requested at the desk: Permessi Speciali of the Vatican Museum * This ticket cannot be used for school group, group guided tours and private guided tours * Free disabled visitors (74%+) + 1 carer * Children under the age of 7 are not allowed * Mandotory ID * Go to the 'Touristation' office at Viale Vaticano 95, point 1 on the map, and show your smartphone ticket to the representative, who will then take you to the Vatican Museums and help you get inside * Make sure to bring a valid ID for reduced tickets. Without a valid ID, you will be asked to pay for a full price ticket in order to enter and the discounted ticket will not be refunded
