Description

In the first module you will learn different ice axe and crampons techniques. You will practice jumar ascenders, self-arrest and basic rope management.The second theory module will cover acute mountains sickness and how you can prevent it. You will learn about the weather in the mountains, nutrition and hydration and the different types of clothing...
