- * The tour is not suited for kids under 4 * The tour guide will contact you to organize the exact pick-up time * Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to the start time * The tour guide will ask you about any dietary requirements or preferences, the vegan option is also available * Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time * If you don't wish to make use of the pick-up service, you can refer to the meeting point on the voucher * Show your smartphone ticket to your driver guide at pick-up * The guided tour is in English but more languages might be available (Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Chinese)
