Morning and afternoon times are prioritized but cannot be guaranteed * The Alcatraz and bike tour combination is non-refundable after purchase **Electric bike tour:** * Electric bike tours are for those aged 13 and up * Tour distance: 15 miles * Tour duration: 4 hours * 11:00am arrive 10:30am/ 30 minutes early * The biking route will be mostly flat, but you should be comfortable biking in a city environment * The date and time selected are for the Alcatraz tour * Each guest's full name must be submitted. If incomplete information is provided, tickets will not be issued, nor will a refund be given * For the Alcatraz tour, redeem the voucher at Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing * For the bike tour, redeem the voucher at 2661 Taylor Street **Note:** All bike tours take place 1 day after the selected Alcatraz departure. The date and time selected during booking are for the Alcatraz tour. For example, if the chosen Alcatraz date is July 1st, the bike tour date will be July 2nd.
