- * E-bikes are allowed for ages 10 and up, but those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult * It is recommended to wear closed-toed shoes and a light jacket * The law in California requires anyone under 18 to wear a helmet * The booking date is the Alcatraz tour date. The day after will be applied as the bike tour date * ** Bike Rental Meeting Point:** 2661 Taylor Street * ** For Alcatraz:** * Show your smartphone voucher and a government-issued photo ID and pick up your paper tickets at the group window at Pier 33. Then, proceed to the boarding line * Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your departure time * The date you book is for Alcatraz and can't be amended. Your bike tour will be booked automatically the day after (unless you reschedule it) * The tour operator will get in touch with you about the exact departure time for Alcatraz approximetly 4 days before your selected date, Alcatraz departure times can be anywhere from 9:00AM – 5:00PM * Each booking party must bring one credit card and ID
