- * Seating in the Observatory Restaurant & Bar is on a first come, first served basis due to capacity limitations * The last elevator and bar/restaurant service is one hour prior to closing * Enter through the Smith Tower Observatory entrance to check-in * Show your mobile voucher to the staff * Please note that depending on visitor volume, there may be wait times to ride the elevator to the Observatory. During peak times, wait times range from 15 minutes to 1.5 hours * Credit card payment only * A valid ID is required to purchase alcohol
