• Children must be at least 135cm tall to ride the Skyride on their own.
  Children must be aged 6+ and 110cm tall to ride the Luge on their own.
  Children who do not meet the height requirement (85-134cm) can ride the Luge with an adult by purchasing the Child Doubling ticket on the spot.
  E-Tickets are emailed to the provided email address 3 days prior to service date. In any case you have not received the official e-ticket, you may contact our local representative.
  Due to limited availability, you must reserve your slot in advance. Please visit the official website to reserve your timeslot. Please make sure you answer all the mandatory questions during the booking process.
  
• The minimum age to perform this activity is 3 years, so it is necessary to present an official document with a photo to prove the required age.
• It is the traveler's sole responsibility to have all the necessary documentation up to date, so research in advance everything that is required at the destination of your activity.
