- * Pick-up service is only available from major hotels The sea lion and penguin habitats at Singapore Zoo will be closed for renovation from 15 July 2024 until 2027. During this time, visitors can enjoy the Splash Safari Presentation daily at 10:30am and 5:00pm in the Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre. Kids under 3 can join for free, no ticket required. Minimum 2 Passengers per order. * Show your smartphone ticket to the guide during your hotel pick-up. * Pick-up services are available from major hotels and begin either 30 or 45 minutes before the starting time, depending on your hotel location * Please fill in pick-up areas only on the PDF list provided * The tour operator will contact you by email to arrange the pick-up * In case of issues during the pick-up, please call +65 6461 7999 (Mon-Fri: 08:45 -17:45) or +65 9030 3356 (After Office Hours) * Breakfast is served until 10 (if selected)
