- ** In the event of closures due to fire risks, refunds for Pena Palace products are fully guaranteed** Getting there: * By foot: About 45 minutes walking from the center of Sintra * Bus: Scotturb Line 434 (Pena circuit) from Sintra Train Station * Train from Lisbon (Estação do Oriente, Estação do Rossio, or Estação de Entrecampos) * Please note that the venue is **not reachable by car** Transfer services: * There is a paid transfer service available bringing guests from the park entrance to the palace. The service runs every 15 minutes and is wheelchair accessible * There's a free hop-on hop-off transfer service available between the Palace and the Chalet of the Countess of Edla. Simply show your entrance ticket and hop on! The assigned time slot allows entry to the Palace.
