You can access the park anytime Getting there: * By foot: About 45 minutes walking from the center of Sintra * Bus: Scotturb Line 434 (Pena circuit) from Sintra Train Station * Train from Lisbon (Estação do Oriente, Estação do Rossio, or Estação de Entrecampos) * Please note that the venue is **not reachable by car** Transfer services: * There is a paid transfer service available bringing guests from the park entrance to the palace. The service runs every 15 minutes and is wheelchair accessible * There's a free hop-on hop-off transfer service available between the Palace and the Chalet of the Countess of Edla. Simply show your entrance ticket and hop on! * Kids under 6 get in free, please select a ticket for them * Reduced tickets for children 6-18 and seniors 65+ are available onsite Show your smartphone ticket at the Porta Férrea entrance. * Please keep your ticket available during your visit * Inside the palace, you can't take photographs using flash or a tripod * No dogs are allowed in the palace and park, with the exception of guide dogs * Please note that the date mentioned on your ticket applies to Tiqets, not to its customers.
