The first half of the day is abseiling, starting with a 5-meter-high cliff and building up to 30-meter cliffs before lunch. Then after lunch, you will enjoy a 20-minute walk to Empress Canyon.

Description
Change into your wetsuit, and it's time for the first water jump. You'll go through the canyon by swimming, scrambling, water jumps, slides and hiking. The final stage of the canyon is a 30-meter abseil down the waterfall in to the pool below. There's time for a swim and more jumps before the hike back to the vehicle.
